All walks are FREE and no registration is required! Come when you can and no worries when you can’t!
If a hike needs to be canceled due to weather, etc. we will post an update the day before on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as update this information on our website. Tot Hill Trailhead is our regular meeting location unless otherwise posted! We sometimes do Field Trip Hikes to new locations!

Group nature walks for families with children of all ages! This is an excellent opportunity for you and your child/children to get a chance to explore and connect with nature together, to socialize, to play, and to create everlasting memories experiencing the trails with you in a welcoming community setting! Default meeting location is the Tot Hill Trailhead unless otherwise posted.

2025 Schedule/Dates
August: 8/1 Meet at Tot Hill TH at 10:30 AM - Archdale Public Library will take over the 4th Friday meetups/program beginning in August!
September: To be announced. There will be a new Wild Walks With Littles meetup time of ** 1:30 PM ** beginning in September!
October: To be announced.
November: To be announced.
December: To be announced.
Expected walk duration will be approximately 1 hr to 1.5 hrs maximum and we will cover approximately 1 to 1.5 miles. The primary focus of these events is on the TIME spent together in nature with our children, not the distance covered. Nature walk begins at 10:30 AM and we do an optional group photo at the very start at 10:30 AM and our hike begins!
Please bring your own snacks and water and have a way to carry any supplies you may need for your family.
We respectfully ask no dogs please during "Wild Walks With Littles" in consideration of our littles who may be afraid of dogs! Dogs on leashes are welcome to join group runs on Saturdays or any of our other events!
